Fast Foward to Florals

Image and video hosting by TinyPic
Vintage floral top, Vintage Levis, Seychelles Boots, Vintage purse
I am ready to fast forward to Spring. I mean don't get me wrong I love fall/winter, but living in California it is not ever that cold here so naturally I am partial to Spring and sunshine. So, I decided to try out this floral top. I love the color and fabric. However, at times I did feel like I was wearing one of those outfits the nurses wear at the hospital. I may not be sporting it again soon. I have been dressing a little edgy and darker for winter, but I tend to go a little more boho and girlie in the spring. I just can't help myself. Wearing fun colors, floral and sheer fabric makes you feel so light and beautiful. I am am excited to play with my style this next season and take more risks (one of many 2010 goals). I still would have loved to wear this with some grunge combat boots. I think that is definitely my next purchase.

Your 'nurse' shirt has pockets... you may have to rethink the 'not wearing it again' thing...

It kind of has more of a kimono shape to it, which I don't think is a bad thing. So I dont think you should stop wearing it. And it looks oh so perfect with black tights.

I like the floral top! You rocked it with the shorts and black tights. That's always such a great combo!

Your lipstick matches that top perfectly, i love it!

Ohmigosh you featured the Rebecca Taylor Floral Romper I've been coveting for ages - I want!

I too have the most horrible dark circles under my eyes - I use a Maybelline New York Concealer Stick that works to make them less noticeable. A lipstick you must have in your make-up bag...mark's Dew Drenched Moisture Shine Lipstick - in any color! It's absolutely fabulous!! :)

Loving the floral with the black tights, shades, and boots.

My makeup faves are diorshow mascara, benefit lip gloss (cause it tastes and smells so freaking good), korres foundation, and nars laguna bronzer. Im really interested in trying the Dior Airflash that you recommended, thanks for the tip.

combat boots have been on my list for the longesssttt time, I'm gonna have to get my ass moving and buy a pair before they start pouring the sandals in. And I can't believe you're running around in pretty floral shirts and not coats, very jealous. You look lovely!

P.S. We have a couple of the same make-up faves-can't live without that NARS combo and Laura Mercier concealer (her tinted moisturizer too actually).

Floral print, let me put into words how much I thought it was so tacky when I first laid eyes on it. But then I started seeing it everywhere in different silohuettes[sp?] and I have fallen in love. Your top is great, and I am still shopping around for my perfect spring outfits.

I know how you feel with the weather. Where I am it decided to become unbearably cold after being over 80 everyday. I am not a fan of winter clothes, so I am so jealous of Cali right now.

I cannot even look at your pictures without crying that I don't have my raybans right now. I left them at my "significant" others house 2 hours away.

I love the outfit and great to be back on blogger. I have missed your blog woman!
